Estimates and service requests
Website content describes service categories and initial estimates. The calculator is a starting point based on property sizes and selected services. Final pricing, scope, scheduling, payment, cancellation and responsibilities are confirmed separately before work begins.
Submitting a request does not create a service contract, make a payment or reserve a date. Additional work requires an agreed scope and approval.
Core and coordinated services
Apex performs its core lawn-care and washing services. Additional exterior work may be coordinated through suitable specialist subcontractors, with availability, scope and responsibilities confirmed in advance.
Project photos and schedules
The project gallery contains photos supplied by Apex from past jobs. Before-and-after photos may differ in angle and lighting. Actual service dates and frequency are agreed in each proposal.
